We, the organisation detailed below, hereby subscribe for the Taecanet Springboard Annual Support Service Contract for the fees and the term indicated. We agree the Services shall be supplied on T-Learning Limited Terms of Service as set out at www.taecanet.com/order.htm (please read these before signing this Contract). We understand that this contract and T-Learning Limited Terms of Service will only come into force on acceptance by T-Learning Limited of this service contract by invoicing us for the service fees.

Your Annual Support Service Whilst all Taecanet Springboard subscriptions include an interactive training programme, newsletters and telephone support on a non premium rate number – 0871 288 4580, to help schools successfully implement Taecanet Springboard into their teaching and learning, we have developed a comprehensive Annual Support Service. We strongly recommend that the best results from the service will be obtained by investing in this fully inclusive Service. This provides for:- up to 2, two hour on-site visits and training sessions in Primary schools, and 3 two hour visits to Secondary schools telephone support at standard call charges and access to online support seminars and newsletters. The Annual Support Service will run concurrently to your Taecanet Springboard subscription, and commences from your subscription date. Single on site support and training visits are available on request Our experienced training staff will tailor the training to your school, classes and individual teacher needs. We offer a mixture of full class sessions to introduce students to Taecanet Springboard tutorials to ensure that teaching staff have the necessary confidence and skills to use the service, and bespoke training, where we design a training programme, to fit your requirements. Please note that all prices are subject to VAT.
