and the term indicated. We agree the Services shall be supplied on Taecanet Limited Terms of Service as set out in the documents below.

We understand that a contract based on this Order Form and Taecanet Limited Terms of Service will only come into force on acceptance by Taecanet Limited of this Order by invoicing us for the initial fees.

Your Annual Support Service Whilst all Taecanet Springboard subscriptions include a free interactive training programme (via CD), newsletters and telephone support on a non premium rate, for example, ‘0871’ number, to help schools successfully implement Taecanet Springboard into their teaching and learning, we have developed a comprehensive Annual Support Service. We strongly recommend that the best results from Taecanet Springboard will be obtained by investing in this fully inclusive Service. This provides for:- up to 3 half day on-site visits and training sessions telephone support at standard call charges and free access to online support seminars and newsletters The Annual Support Service will run concurrently to your Taecanet Springboard subscription, and commences from your subscription date. You are then able to request one on site visit per term over the course of your subscription. Our experienced training staff will tailor the training to your school, classes and individual teacher needs. We offer a mixture of full class sessions to introduce students to Taecanet Springboard tutorials to ensure that teaching staff have the necessary confidence and skills to use the service, and bespoke training, where we design a training programme, to fit your requirements. Please note that all prices are subject to VAT.
